KHAIR EZAZ MASWOOD

Mr. Khair Ezaz Maswood is a “Senior Advocate” of the Appellate Division of Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He obtained his B.A. and postgraduate degrees in Economics from University of Dhaka. He was meant to pursue a career in the academia of Economics and so he had planned accordingly to go westward for tertiary education in the discipline, but eventually ended-up in the legal profession following the footsteps of his predecessors, amongst whom were renowned lawyers and lawmakers.

He started practice as an Advocate in the year 1980. He has an enormous experience in litigation and arbitration. He is proficient in civil law. His practice encompasses writ, senior’s brief, civil and criminal appeals.

He is a perfectionist and believes in the idea of learning and studying till once last breath. Needless to say that these values reflects very apparently in his professional life as well.
