M. Maswood

Mr. Maswood has joined the chamber in September, 2020. He has completed his undergraduate studies from School of Law, BRAC University. He received his postgraduate degrees in Maritime and Transport Law from Erasmus University, Rotterdam which is one of the most prestigious institutions in the world for shipping and commercial transport law discipline. Prior to his academic venture in Europe, he briefly studied Maritime Law in BSMR Maritime University.

Mr. M. Maswood has extensive working experience in advising corporate entities and drafting commercial agreements. He comes with hands-on experience in working with start-ups, venture capital investments and M&A.

He is well-versed in shipping law, international trade and transport law, franchise law, and laws related to gig economy.

Mr. M. Maswood is also quite active academically through publications and presentation in international legal conference.
